Coryn Gjerdrum

Born and raised in Canada, Coryn graduated from the Kinesiology program at the University of Calgary where she also worked for years as a personal trainer. She and Dr. Barry met (again) several years later and together they founded Lifestyle Chiropractic where she ran the clinic for years. She immediately understood the benefits of chiropractic care and remains dedicated to helping others reach their health potential through the principles of chiropractic.

Her father and brother both played professional football in the CFL and Coryn has participated in many sports at a high level including soccer and an Ironman triathlon. Her passion now revolves around her two boys, Finn and Harrison as well as her newfound love, CrossFit! She is studying to be a certified trainer and is working with the group at Northwest CrossFit. Her goal is to continue to improve upon her own health and to serve as a role model for others, emphasizing that "if I can do it, anyone can!"
